Supervised Visitation Services

Supervised Visitation Services

The Denton County Supervised Visitation Program was founded by the Denton County Lawyers Foundation to meet a critical need in our community—providing a safe, neutral, and supportive environment where children can spend time with their non-custodial parents. As a nonprofit, our goal is to promote healthy parent-child relationships while ensuring every visit is guided by respect, security, and compassion.

Whether families are navigating difficult transitions or complying with court orders, our visitation center offers a structured space that protects the well-being of children and empowers families to move forward.

Our center offers a secure, child-focused environment where visits are monitored by trained staff. The neutral location helps reduce stress and ensures consistency for families navigating sensitive circumstances.

We support families who need supervised visitation due to court orders, safety concerns, or family transitions. Our program is open to residents of Denton County and neighboring communities.

Getting started is simple: complete the intake forms, schedule a visit through our online calendar, and submit your payment (or apply an approved discount code). Our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

We believe every child deserves access to safe visitation. Our services are affordable, and we offer reduced-fee options for qualifying families to ensure support is available regardless of financial situation.
