Need Help? Start Here

We understand that starting supervised visitation may come with questions. Whether you’re preparing for your first visit or need help navigating our scheduling process, we’re here to support you. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our program, services, and what to expect.

Supervised visitation is a structured setting where a non-custodial parent visits with their child while monitored by trained staff. It is typically ordered by a court when there are concerns about a child’s safety or when reintroducing a parent into a child’s life after a long absence. The goal is to ensure safe, positive interactions.

Our program is available to families with court-ordered supervised visitation requirements, or those who voluntarily agree to supervised visits for the well-being of their child. Services are open to Denton County residents and nearby communities.

Visits are scheduled online through our calendar system. After completing the intake forms, you’ll be able to choose an available time slot and make your payment. If you have an approved discount code, it can be applied during checkout.

Parents may bring small items such as snacks (if allowed), books, or toys to help facilitate interaction during the visit. All items are subject to approval by staff, and all personal belongings may be checked upon arrival to ensure safety.
